A black and white copy of the original cover picture from their second Lp [Bell 6017, 1968] is used for this single's cover. It is exactly like you are observing a scene voyeuristic from outside of a window. The girl holds a teddy bear, and looks questioningly in our direction. The band members doesn't seem to take notice of her, the entire scene is looking rather strange and lonesome. The reverse side displays images of the 'Box Tops' and some information to each of them.
